Kendall began her professional career as an ecologist but later transitioned into consulting. Since 2022 she has served in an investing role at SustainVC, a multi-thematic, early-stage VC fund. At SustainVC, she participates in fund management, and sourcing and diligence across both SustainVC sector focus areas.
Before joining SustainVC, Kendall worked as a Project Manager at an early-stage project development and environmental consultancy firm. In 2021, she was selected as an Impact Capital Managers (ICM) Mosaic Fellow and spent two summers with a sustainable infrastructure fund during her graduate studies. Kendall initially joined SustainVC as an Impact Fellow while pursuing her dual-degree Master of Environmental Studies and MBA and co-led Wharton Impact Investing Partners, a student-run fund. In recognition of her commitment to fostering inclusivity within the impact investing community, Kendall was invited to co-chair the ICM Talent & Diversity Working Group, and has since been recognized as ICM’s Emerging Leader of the Year for 2025.
