Kim Drenner

Kim Drenner is a sustainability professional with over 15 years of experience helping organizations integrate sustainability within their operations. She is currently the Head of Environmental Impact at Patagonia where she leads the strategy and implementation of Patagonia’s environmental programs within the global supply chain, operations and within the product teams. In her role at Patagonia, she has visited suppliers all over the world, working in partnership to create environmentally responsible supply chains. She has been instrumental in defining Patagonia’s supply chain decarbonization strategy and program, including helping the company to commit to Science Based Targets. Since 2021, she has been a member of the Sustainability Advisory Council for the Outdoor Industry Association (OIA).
Prior to joining Patagonia, she spent 5 years as a consultant in EY’s Climate Change and Sustainability Services practice working with clients across utilities, governments, financial sector, mining and energy integrating sustainability into their business strategies. She brings extensive experience in GHG accounting and assurance working under mandatory and voluntary reporting frameworks in Canada and the US. She also has a background in environmental compliance and EHS having worked for a large aviation defense manufacturing company.
She holds both a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from TCU.
