Kim Luu

Kim Luu is Head of Global ESG and Sustainability at onsemi, a public tech company where she leads onsemi’s Net Zero 2040 efforts as well as integration of sustainability into products and operations. She is an ESG and sustainability executive with over 20 years of experience, focused on the intersection between corporate strategy and sustainability with experience across manufacturing, finance, infrastructure, real estate, and environmental risk. She has successfully launched and implemented ESG programs across tech, aerospace manufacturing, international financial institutions, embedding sustainability as an across the board strategy that generates stakeholder value. Her expertise is in building sustainability strategies and environmental risk programs to strategically drive growth and reduce long term institutional risk. Kim earned her MBA from the University of Southern California, Masters and Bachelors in Environmental Engineering from MIT and UCLA, respectively.
