Kim Zou is the cofounder of Sightline Climate, a company providing data to organizations like the U.S. Department of Energy, Tokyo Gas Group, and BHP on building finance transition solutions. After graduating from Johns Hopkins University, Zou began writing a climate tech newsletter, which eventually inspired Sightline. The company serves senior executives, offering an annual subscription to its platform and research. Thus far, Sightline has raised $7.5 million in funding. Zou herself is also an investor at Energy Impact Partners, a $3 billion venture capital firm focused on energy impact.
