Kurt Alles

Kurt Alles is the Head of Sustainable Business at Gradable, which is a joint venture between Archer Daniels Midland and Farmers Business Network. Gradable is a monitoring, reporting, and verification technology company, which works with organizations like ADM, POET, and Bunge to run some of the largest sustainability programs in North America. These programs produce conservation, emissions, removals, and water claims for both regulatory and voluntary markets. Prior to Gradable, Kurt started a crop insurance business, which was later acquired, and worked as an analyst for an agriculture inputs ecommerce platform. He holds an Environmental Policy degree from Middlebury College.
