Laura Allston is the Sustainability Program Manager at Xylem, a global leader in developing innovative water solutions through smart technology. Laura believes that corporate America has a significant role to play in addressing climate and equity challenges and is committed to fostering sustainable practices within the industry. She leads initiatives to enhance Xylem’s sustainability goals and commitments, including decarbonization and water stewardship. Laura collaborates closely with subject matter experts to develop and implement strategies that drive corporate sustainability, and, in turn, help shape a net-zero future.
Laura has a strong background in ESG reporting from her previous role at Evoqua (now Xylem). She received her BA in Environmental Studies from Allegheny College and earned her Masters in Sustainability from Chatham University.
