Lauren Dunteman

Senior Associate, Regenerative Sourcing
Terra Genesis
Lauren Dunteman is an agricultural strategist and systems designer working to redefine how global brands engage with regenerative supply networks. A lifelong farmer and advocate for ecological justice, she specializes in crafting sourcing programs that align sustainability goals with measurable impact. At Terra Genesis, she leads the design and implementation of regenerative supply systems, ensuring that companies, producers, and processors collaborate to create thriving agricultural economies.

Her expertise spans corporate sustainability, farmer engagement, and regenerative outcome measurement. With experience working alongside Fortune 500 brands, she understands the nuances of corporate procurement while championing the needs of farmers and rural communities. In addition to her work at Terra Genesis, Lauren serves as the Coalition Director of the Flatirons Farmers Coalition, facilitating education, advocacy, and policy shifts for young farmers. She also holds a seat in the Sustainability Forum at Naturally Colorado, advising on responsible sourcing and sustainable impact strategies.

Lauren’s deep knowledge of agricultural systems is complemented by her academic background in sustainable food systems. She translates complex regenerative frameworks into actionable strategies, helping brands move beyond sustainability rhetoric into real-world implementation. Her work reflects a commitment to social equity, recognizing that regenerative agriculture is as much about people and business as it is about the land.
