With experience working alongside Fortune 500 brands, she understands the nuances of corporate procurement while championing the needs of farmers and rural communities. In addition to her work at Terra Genesis, Lauren serves as the Coalition Director of the Flatirons Farmers Coalition, facilitating education, advocacy, and policy shifts for young farmers. She also holds a seat in the Sustainability Forum at Naturally Colorado, advising on responsible sourcing and sustainable impact strategies.
Lauren’s deep knowledge of agricultural systems is complemented by her academic background in sustainable food systems.
