Lauren Rogge

Lauren is a Principal in EY’s Climate Change and Sustainability Services team, based in New York and leads EY’s social, human rights and sustainable supply chain services in the US. Lauren is focused on sustainability and ESG strategy and transformation, particularly in relation to sustainable supply chains, human rights responsible sourcing.

Lauren has worked at the interface of business and sustainability her entire career and is driven to support business to meet the challenge and opportunity of sustainable transformation. She has a particular passion for understanding and managing social and environmental impacts in complex value chains and embedding these topics into a company’s strategy, supply chain, risk management and disclosures.
