Lauren Wylie

Lauren Wylie is the Global Head of Sustainability and Social Impact for the strategy consulting firm Oliver Wyman, a business of Marsh McLennan. She drives action on the company’s net-zero commitment through innovative strategies like internal carbon pricing and the Climate Leadership Portfolio which advances carbon removal solutions and boosts employee engagement. Lauren founded Oliver Wyman’s Green Champion network and reforestation program, and directs the firm’s social impact efforts, aligning expertise and resources to support meaningful causes across multiple areas. Lauren recently completed a 6-year term as Sustainability Commissioner for Sausalito, California, and serves on the Board of Junior Achievement of Northern California.
