Leah Caywood

Leah Caywood is Senior Analyst, ESG at Universal Music Group, where she focuses on greenhouse gas emissions accounting, ESG data management and reporting, and sustainability compliance. Her work includes managing Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions data and supporting UMG’s ESG disclosures. Prior to joining UMG, Leah was a consultant in EY’s Climate Change and Sustainability Services group, where she primarily focused on sustainability advisory. She holds a B.A. in Economics with a minor in Environmental Systems and Society from UCLA.
