Leif Gonzales-Kramer is the Co-Founder and CEO of Working Trees, a company that unlocks net-zero beef, dairy, and leather supply chains through silvopasture. With a primary focus on the US and Brazilian markets, Working Trees partners with food and beverage companies to scale insetting carbon projects across their supply chains, effectively, affordably, and transparently eliminating Scope 3 emissions.

Leif holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Earth Systems from Stanford University and has a background in corporate strategy, business development, and impact investing.
