Leigh-Golding DeSantis is an Executive Director of Sustainable Infrastructure at Johnson Controls, where she leads innovative solution commercialization and sales enablement. Previously, she served as Chief Operating Officer and founding team member at Sparkfund, a DC-based Energy-as-a-Service fintech, where she pioneered a subscription model to help clients achieve sustainability and energy goals. Leigh-Golding’s background also includes work in clean energy policy and technology at ICF International. She founded the Office of Sustainability and completed the first greenhouse gas inventory at Temple University, where she earned both a B.S. in Civil Engineering and an M.S. in Environmental Engineering. With a career rooted in driving decarbonization that makes sense for the bottom line, she brings a unique combination of startup leadership and corporate innovation background to turn big ideas into actionable outcomes and lead teams through complexity towards a sustainable future.
