Lillian Kasa

Lillian is an expert power negotiator specializing in corporate PPAs, partnerships, funding, and debt financing agreements, with 20 years of experience in solar, wind, hydro, offshore and onshore oil & gas, Indigenous and government relations. She holds an MBA (Master of Business Administration) from the University of Calgary. Lillian has extensive knowledge of commercial and joint venture activities, broad experience negotiating PPAs, and highly effective relationship-building skills. Additionally, she serves on the Advisory Board of the Business Renewables Centre in Canada.

Outside of work, Lillian is an executive board member of the Reader Rock Garden Society, a non-profit volunteer advisory group that collaborates with the City of Calgary to preserve and enhance the Reader Rock Garden.
