Lily Barrie is the Global Sustainable Agriculture Business Partner at Kellanova, acting as SME for both the Sustainable Agriculture and Scope 3 programs. She has 10 years’ experience in corporate sustainability and responsible sourcing. Lily has led sustainability initiatives across major food and packaging companies, including Kellanova, Kraft Heinz, and PCA, driving impactful programs in Scope 3 emissions reduction, sustainable agriculture, deforestation, human rights, and supplier diversity. Passionate about climate-smart agriculture and nature-based solutions, Lily’s work combines scientific rigor with strategic leadership to advance sustainability across supply chains. She holds a Master of Science in Conservation Science from Imperial College London and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Wake Forest University.
