Limor Spector

Limor is the President of Ventures, Incubation, and Licensing for GE Vernova. general manager of Technology Incubation for GE Research. In this role, she helps decarbonization and electrification startups grow and scale while bringing the best innovations to GE Vernova customers. Limor’s team serve as technology business development partners for GE Vernova businesses, both monetizing internal intellectual property through recurring revenues and new company creations as well as identifying and investing in companies that have a compelling technology that will change the arc and trajectory of climate change.

Prior to joining GE Vernova, Limor worked for Raytheon Technologies (RTX), where she led startup partnerships and investments as Executive Director of Ventures and Alliances. Limor has also led both large and small M&A transactions and high-stakes strategic transformations in the role of Senior Director, Corporate Strategy and Business Development. Prior to RTX, Limor was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company, where she led client projects with industrial companies. Earlier in her career, Limor conducted research as an atomic physicist.

Limor serves as an executive sponsor for the GE Women’s Network and is widely sought after as an advisor and mentor for early- and growth-stage startups. Limor holds an AB in Physics from Harvard University and a PhD and Master of Science in Applied Physics from Stanford University. She lives in the Greater Boston area with her husband and two children.
