Lindsay Philpott is a sustainability communications leader with nearly a decade of experience shaping strategies that turn purpose into measurable impact. She is currently Senior Manager of Sustainability Communications at KIND, where she leads sustainability storytelling and supports cross-functional initiatives that advance the brand’s environmental and social impact goals.
At KIND, Lindsay has driven communications for award-winning efforts including the KIND Almond Acres Initiative and, most recently, KIND’s Paper Wrapper pilot, helping translate complex sustainability work into compelling, consumer-relevant narratives. Previously, she served as Sustainability Program Manager at Civic Entertainment Group, partnering with leading brands to design purpose-driven campaigns and experiential activations. She began her career at The Nature Conservancy, building corporate and foundation partnerships to advance conservation outcomes.
