Liz Minné

Liz Minné, Ph.D., is Head of Global Sustainability Strategy at Interface, where she leads the company’s sustainability strategy and mission to become carbon negative by 2040 without offsets. Her work focuses on carbon reduction, life cycle assessment, sustainable materials, and translating complex sustainability challenges into practical business solutions. In her role, she shapes Interface’s global sustainability strategy, guiding pathways to reduce environmental impact across operations, products, and supply chains while driving measurable progress toward regenerative business practices. Liz holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Environmental Engineering and a B.S. in Polymer and Fiber Engineering from Georgia Tech.
