Luca De Ferrari is a commercial and transformation leader with deep expertise at the intersection of sustainability, regulatory compliance, and enterprise software. He currently leads growth strategy and go-to-market execution for UL Solutions’ digital and AI-enabled platforms working closely with multinational enterprises across manufacturing, retail, and industrial sectors.
Before joining UL Solutions , Luca was Vice President at Rockwell Automation where he built and scaled commercial organizations and helped enterprises adopt digital technologies to improve operational efficiency and environmental performance.
Luca holds an MBA at Northwestern Kellogg, a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering at Politecnico di Milano, and a Master’s degree in Computer Science at UIC.
