Luke & Ali Peterson aren’t your average every day farmers. They operate a 1,200 acre regenerative organic farm near Dawson, MN. Though they live in corn and bean country, they also grow buckwheat, sunflowers, spring wheat, purple corn, cover crops, alfalfa and perennial pasture and graze their grass fed beef herd. Ali works as a family nurse practitioner and nurse-midwife. Together, they believe soil health = human health.
