Meagan Breidert

Meagan is the Senior Director of Sustainability & Impact at Slalom Consulting. Slalom is a fiercely human business and technology company that leads with outcomes and teams with leaders, bringing more, together. At Slalom she leads the global strategy to build a more sustainable and equitable future—one that aligns with our 2030 goals and reflects our commitment to people, planet, and community. She drives cross-functional collaboration across markets and business units to embed environmental and social impact into our operations, culture, and client engagements. She has led Slalom in achieving a series of first milestones including setting Science-Based Targets, third-party verification on its GHG emissions, sourcing renewable energy, and launching and implementing Slalom’s single use plastic waste commitment.

Before moving into her current leadership role, Meagan spent over ten years as a senior management consultant with PwC advising organizations on large scale transformation for social good. Meagan brings a deeply global perspective to her work. She has worked and lived in the Caribbean, Sub-Saharan Africa, and East Asia as well as North America. extensively partnering with public and private sector organizations to navigate climate resilience, economic development, and health. She holds degrees from Indiana University and Loyola University Chicago, as well as several professional certifications. She currently resides in Washington, DC with her husband and son.
