Megan Fraser
Megan believes that growing and leading a climate business is the world’s most intense bootcamp for personal growth.
Why?
It’s driven by escalating urgency
It offers few clear precedents to follow
It’s hard to zoom out because there’s so much at stake
It’s got no natural boundaries to help you know when to stop
It brings you face to face with complexity, ambiguity, and uncertainty
She has a deep and empathic understanding of the opportunities and ‘bear traps’ of this space. She’s the founder of Future Led, a climate coaching consultancy; founding member of Climate Change Coaches (the world’s first climate coaching organization); a longstanding coach with Climate-KIC (the EU’s climate innovation body); and a Subject Matter Expert for climate founders at Work on Climate (a global platform making climate work mainstream).
She’s also co-designed multiple leadership and innovation programmes in the climate space, including Scotland’s Incubator for Social Innovation, and climate leadership programmes at the University of Edinburgh and King’s College London. She’s ICF-certified (ICF, CPCC) and has been coaching since 2017. She began her career in consulting, in Vancouver.
Challenges Megan helps her clients with include:
