As Director of Sustainability at Sysco Corporation, Megan oversees the company’s sustainability program across its U.S. and Canadian operations. In this role, she is responsible for embedding sustainability within the business, advancing food waste diversion, and collaborating across the value chain to drive sustainable solutions in the food sector. She also led the development of Sysco’s climate targets and roadmap, Prior to joining Sysco, Megan was a consultant at Corporate Citizenship where she advised Fortune 500 companies on sustainability strategy, implementation, and reporting. She holds a B.S. from the University of Notre Dame.
