Michelle Egly is Co-founder and Head of Product at Wildya, where she helps ecopreneurs turn bold ideas into tangible impact for nature. An experienced product leader, she has managed product suites with over 2 million users and supported outcomes for more than 44 million people worldwide.

Before Wildya, Michelle led product initiatives at Schneider Electric and GoNoodle, experiences that combined global scale with mission-driven impact in sustainability and education. Across her career, she has scaled cross-functional teams, launched high-impact features, and built systems that transform messy ideas into measurable results.

At Wildya, Michelle now focuses on building technology that supports our natural world. She leads the design of Wildya’s ecopreneur community, delivers 1:1 product consulting, and leads bootcamp sessions, bringing product thinking to help changemakers grow their ventures from vision to real-world traction.
