Michelle Lapinski

Michelle is a visionary leader with decades of experience in sustainability strategy, social impact, impact investing, responsible tech and social entrepreneurship. She’s built industry-leading sustainabiltiy functions for Toast and Gap, and guided Coca-Cola, Robinhood, Pinterest, McDonalds, Dow, PagerDuty and others to more sustainable supply chain, investment and site operations. While at BSR, The Nature Conservancy and Earth Genome she built new go to market functions. She’s led catalytic finance with Closed Loop Partners, the Rockefeller Foundation, IFC and Good Deed. Michelle currently serves as a fractional CSO and advisor via her consultancy SustainBiz, and as an advisor for the growth portfolio of Generation Investment Management. When she’s not trying to create positive impact through her work, she’s happiest enjoying nature and art.
