From early work cleaning up hazardous waste sites to now leading some of the world’s most rigorous standards for healthy products, his career reflects an evolution from remediation to restoration and regeneration.

As Senior Director of Materials at Living Future, Mike leads the global advancement of the Declare and Living Product Challenge programs, empowering organizations to move beyond “less harm” and toward systems that actively restore the nine planetary boundaries, support human health, and contribute to a thriving future for all species on Earth.

A former corporate sustainability director and entrepreneur, Mike has built award-winning sustainability platforms by translating complex ideas and leading-edge frameworks into practical, scalable solutions. A dynamic speaker with more than 500 presentations, he is driven by the belief that systems-level thinking and collaboration are essential to addressing the urgent needs of our time.
