Mike Schroepfer

Schrep is a Partner at Gigascale Capital and brings a 25-year track record in technology and science as an executive, entrepreneur, and investor. As Meta’s CTO, he scaled products to billions of users, shipped millions of units of consumer hardware, constructed tens of millions of sq ft of data centers, built teams of up to 35,000, and made breakthroughs in AI. His philanthropic endeavors include Additional Ventures, the Carbon-to-Sea Initiative, and grants aimed at accelerating climate science and policy responses to the crisis. Mike is a Stanford Computer Science grad, led engineering at Mozilla, and founded a company acquired by Sun Microsystems.
