Mitch Rubin

Mitch Rubin is Senior Director of Investments & Innovation at Elemental Impact, a nonprofit investor focused on scaling technologies with deep environmental and local impact. He leads Elemental’s portfolio across food & agriculture, nature, and industry. Mitch has spent his career both operating and supporting a variety of startups, with a perpetual focus on sustainability. Prior to Elemental, Mitch helped launch a multi-asset fund focused on building climate-resilient communities. He previously managed Chobani’s Incubator programs, and spent two years working with startups in Detroit as a Venture for America Fellow. Mitch holds an MS in Sustainability Management from Columbia University.
