Mohita Sinha helps companies navigate complex and evolving sustainability regulations, taking a pragmatic, value-driven approach to integration into existing risk management, disclosure frameworks, and strategic planning processes. Mohita brings over 25 years of strategic, cross-functional change management experience in finance and risk regulatory reporting, having held operational leadership roles. Mohita holds a Sustainability and Climate Risk certification from GARP, complementing her MBA from Bentley University and BBA in Finance and Economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. As Co-Chair of Education at the Sustainability Investment Leadership Council and board member of the Lower East Side Ecology Center, she is actively engaged with the sustainability community in unlocking value through engagement, education and action.
