MK Tan is the Senior Director, Circularity and Customer Service Operations at Seagate Technology. She has been in the Hard Disc Drive (HDD) industry for more than 35 years, including the last 7 years at Seagate. Currently MK is responsible for Global Customer Service Operations and leading Circularity initiatives aimed at promoting Circular Economy practices, both internally and with Customers. With a passion for Sustainability and Circularity, she continue to drive actions to enable Close-Looped Circularity, extending the useful life of our HDDs and reducing e-Waste.
