Nado Saab

After working across international and nonprofit organizations, Nado transitioned to the corporate sector where she has spent the past decade helping organizations embed sustainability into enterprise strategy, risk management, reporting, and digital stack. Her global experience across three continents and industries including engineering, technology, and consumer packaged goods, shapes her unique perspective on sustainability.

In her current role at Mondelēz International, Nado leads the company’s ESG Data & Digital strategy, driving the development of scalable data, reporting, analytics capabilities that enable more effective sustainability management and disclosure. Her work increasingly focuses on leveraging advanced analytics, digital platforms, and emerging AI capabilities to move sustainability programs beyond compliance and toward greater business value.
