Navishka Pandit

Navishka Soneja Pandit is an engager within the stewardship and engagement team at EOS at Federated Hermes Limited, where she engages directors and senior executives on behalf of more than 70 institutional investor clients representing over $1.8 trillion in assets under advice. Her work focuses on strategy, capital allocation and sustainability issues that drive long‑term financial value.

Navishka manages engagement with the financial services, technology and healthcare sectors, with thematic expertise spanning climate in financial services, human capital management and responsible artificial intelligence deployment. In addition to her engagement work, she contributes to the Responsible Investing Office, where she focuses on ESG integration across asset classes. She is also the co‑chair of Federated Hermes Limited’s Race and Ethnicity Employee Network, where she works to foster an inclusive culture and strengthen belonging across the organisation. In 2024, she was recognised as an emerging sustainable finance leader in North America by GreenBiz.

Navishka is an engineer by training, with a Master’s in Environmental Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering. She holds the CFA Institute’s Certificate in ESG Investing. She also served as an advisor to a University of California, Berkeley study on data governance, AI and cybersecurity for the mobile healthcare sector, and brings extensive global experience from having worked in Kenya, India and the United States.
