Nidhi Kaul

Nidhi Kaul is the Green Economy Lead on LinkedIn’s Global Environmental Sustainability team. In this role, she focuses on Product, Platform, and Partnerships to scale her impact. Within Product, she supports the expansion of green learning content and the green taxonomy that defines green skills within the product’s foundation. On Platform, she socializes LinkedIn’s findings on green skills and amplifies the thought leadership of LinkedIn’s top green voices. For Partnerships, she aligns the organization with like-minded partners who focus on green workforce development globally. She also sponsors an internal action-oriented sustainability community of nearly 3,000 professionals and provides them with opportunities to green their own jobs. She has a decade’s worth of experience in technology consulting, product and systems implementations, and cross-functional program management. She earned her Bachelors of Science at UC Berkeley in Environmental Economics and Policy.
