Nikhil Gehani

Nikhil leads communications at New Profit, a venture philanthropy that supports high-impact social entrepreneurs who are expanding access and opportunity in America. Nikhil shapes New Profit’s evolving brand and communications strategies to further the organization’s impact and expand its diverse community of philanthropists, innovators, and emerging leaders.

Nikhil previously served as Director of Communications at Accion International’s Center for Financial Inclusion, and at MIX, the global pioneer in data for inclusive financial services. Nikhil started his career in advertising and marketing, serving clients including Ford, General Motors, Sprint, Delta, Owens Corning, and more while at Digitas and GTB. He holds a BA in Marketing from Michigan State University and an MA in International Development from the George Washington University. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Catlyst:Ed.
