Noel Kinder is a globally recognized leader in sustainability and supply chain, with over 25 years of experience spanning general management, strategic planning, supply chain leadership, and government relations.
He currently serves as Senior Vice President of Sustainability at Lululemon, shaping the company’s vision for a more sustainable future. Previously, Noel was Chief Sustainability Officer at Nike, where he led global efforts to integrate sustainability into business and supply chain operations. Over two decades at Nike, he held senior roles including Vice President of Sustainable Manufacturing and Sourcing and General Manager of Nike Vietnam LLC, overseeing one of Nike’s largest sourcing operations and representing the country’s largest indirect employer to the Vietnamese government.
Beyond his corporate leadership, Noel advises Altana, Collab Fund, and Greenplaces, and serves on the Board of Directors for Uncaged Innovations. He has also been a member of the NYSE Sustainability Advisory Council.
A Returned Peace Corps Volunteer fluent in Spanish, Noel holds a Bachelor’s in Sociology from the University of Oregon and a Master’s in Business from Portland State University
