Noemí Jiménez is the cofounder of qb. consulting, a small women-owned ESG strategy and communications firm. As a partner, she leads reporting and disclosure for qb.’s most influential clients, including Bumble, Upwork, Caribou Coffee, New Relic, Starwood Capital Group and Olo, complying with rigorous, ever-changing standards.
She is a trilingual storyteller and strategist with over 15 years of global impact communications experience. Prior to starting qb. Noemí worked on the Marketing & Brand Strategy team at Sesame Workshop, producing annual reports for Sesame Street. Following three promotions in three years, she joined Change.org as one of the first business development hires, where she supported global non-profits and NGOs like UNICEF and WWF. After matching hundreds of thousands of people to causes in just under a year and a half, Noemí left to travel and consult for start-ups, eventually landing in the sustainability space.
Noemí has a M.A. in Social Innovation & Corporate Responsibility from NYU’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study and a B.A. in Children’s Psychology and Visual Arts from Sarah Lawrence College.
