Previously, Olubamise worked in law firms advising companies and investors on building and integrating ESG and sustainability programs across compliance, risk, opportunity, and innovation. Drawing on her background as a lawyer and development policy specialist, she supported organizations in mapping their operations to ESG regulations and material topics, including managing compliance gaps.
She has extensive experience with leading voluntary standards and frameworks, including GRI, SASB, IFRS S1 and S2, CDP, TCFD, and GRESB, among others. Olubamise brings a global perspective to her work, having supported companies and investors across North America, Africa, Asia, and Europe.
