Chief Sustainability, Marketing and Communications Officer | Board Member | Adjunct Professor

Pam most recently served as Kenvue’s Chief Sustainability Officer. She led and launched the company’s ESG strategy, Healthy Lives Mission, in 2023 and is responsible for developing and operationalizing roadmaps to advance the company’s practice and performance on key priorities such as climate action, nature and circularity across the global enterprise and iconic brands such as Aveeno, Neutrogena and Listerine. With more than 35 years of experience in executive and leadership roles in marketing, communications and sustainability, Pam has a proven track record of building successful sustainability practice, developing consumer and enterprise brands, protecting reputation and creating value for business and society through brand purpose, stakeholder engagement, be integrating sustainability into corporate strategy. Pam currently is an adjunct professor in Columbia University’s SUMA program and teaches a graduate school course on ESG corporate strategy.

Prior to joining Kenvue, Pam served as SVP, Global Head of Sustainability and Social Impact for Mattel, a leading toy company with a portfolio of consumers brands including Barbie, Fisher Price, and HotWheels. Before joining Mattel, Pam held leadership roles in corporate sustainability/responsibility, marketing, communications and corporate affairs at Centric Brands, Revlon, The Estée Lauder Companies, and L’Oréal USA, where she built a 21-year career developing its corporate affairs and sustainability practice as well as growing its flagship brands, Lancôme and L’Oréal Paris.

Recognized by TriplePundit, Forbes and Women in Sustainability Leadership (WSLA) for her leadership in sustainability/CSR, Pam serves on the board of directors for Pulsora and the Governing Board of the ICTI Ethical Sourcing Program and is a member of Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW), GreenBiz Executive Network, and Sustainable Brands’ Advisory Council.

Pam has two master’s degrees, an MS in Sustainability Management from Columbia University, an MBA in Marketing from New York University Stern School of Business and was awarded a BA in Journalism from Pepperdine University.
