Peter Whitcomb

Peter is the Chief Executive Officer of Tersus Solutions, a Denver-based company that has become the backbone of recommerce™. Tersus empowers premium brands to participate in the circular economy by extending textile longevity through its patented liquid CO₂ technology and full suite of textile reclamation, repair, upcycling, recycling, and logistics solutions.

Since joining Tersus in 2021, Peter has built a best-in-class team and expanded partnerships with leading brands to help remonetize secondhand products. Prior to Tersus, he spent five years advancing circular business models in the retail sector as Vice President of Growth and Partnerships at Trove, a white-label resale software provider. Before that, he served as Head of New Business Development and Circular Commerce at REI and as General Manager of the Cycling and Action Sports businesses at Amazon.

Peter holds an MBA from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from Colgate University, where he captained the Division I lacrosse team.
