Phoebe Yu is the Head of Brand Accounts at Replenysh, an intelligent materials systems that enables brands to create circular supply chains, at scale. She leads strategic partnerships and program implementation with major CPG brands to scale recycling infrastructures across the U.S., with a focus on material transparency, climate impact, and community engagement.

With over a decade of experience spanning climate tech, health innovation, and operational leadership, Phoebe brings a systems-thinking approach to solving complex challenges. She is currently pursuing her MBA and a Michael’s Certificate in Sustainability at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
