Pooja Knight

Pooja Knight is the Global ESG Controller & Sustainability Strategy VP for Arthur J. Gallagher. She came to Gallagher with a blend of both industry and public accounting experience and has over 20 years of experience. At Gallagher, she served as the Head of Global SOX and Enterprise Risk Management since 2017 and now is responsible for ESG. Her expertise includes ESG, risk management, corporate governance, compliance, and building SOX and ERM functions from the ground up. Pooja holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.

In her role as the ESG Controller & Sustainability Strategy VP, Pooja plays a critical role in building Gallagher’s sustainability strategy, assessing and reporting Gallagher’s global carbon footprint, running Gallagher’s Global ESG Steering Committee and working with various stakeholders on ESG regulatory requirements.
