Rachael Terada

Rachael Terada is the Head of Clean Energy Programs for the Center for Resource Solutions (CRS), a nonprofit organization that promotes policy and market solutions to advance sustainable energy. She manages advisory services for the organization and brings over 19 years of experience working in renewable energy markets. Rachael leads mission-driven advisory engagements on impactful renewable energy procurement strategies, clean energy verification, policy design, market development, clean fuels, credible claims, and energy tracking system design. She provides guidance to utilities, grid operators, corporate/industrial and institutional renewable energy buyers, government agencies, and energy tracking systems throughout North America, Asia, and Latin America. Rachael earned her M.S. and B.S. degrees in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
