Randi Mail

Randi mobilizes investors, banks, insurers, and regulators to address material financial risks and opportunities related to climate. Prior to joining Ceres in 2021, Randi led campaigns focused on decarbonizing pension and insurance portfolios as well as outreach for Bob Massie’s 2018 gubernatorial race in Massachusetts. From 2002-2016 as Recycling Director for the City of Cambridge, she spearheaded curbside composting, single-stream recycling, and other waste reduction and public education campaigns that decreased trash tons by 35% citywide. Randi loves being outdoors, comedy, and cooking. Randi cycled over 300 miles in Climate Ride from Burlington to Bar Harbor in 2023, helping to raise awareness and funds to tackle the climate crisis.
