Raul Munoz

Raul is Marsh Mining & Natural Resources Practice Leader for North America. In his role, he is focused on helping build capability and drive strategy for the sector. This includes leading key relationships with Marsh’s large portfolio of mining clients and those in the circular economy, helping them manage, and transfer risk across the entire mineral lifecycle, from junior exploration to mine closure and recycling. With an in-depth understanding of the industry, Raul leads a practice that proactively addresses the changing risk profile of operating and capital projects. Raul has 20 years of experience holding roles that range from risk engineering, underwriting, broking and client management. Raul is a Professional Engineer and holds a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Engineering.
