Readie Callahan

Readie Callahan is a Managing Director in the Sustainable Finance & Advisory Group in Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB). Readie leads the team’s Insights and Strategy, providing differentiated capital solutions for corporate clients in support of their sustainability objectives. She also leads the implementation of several company-wide sustainability commitments for CIB, including the Sustainable Finance lending targets and operationalizing “net zero.”

Previously, Readie was the Head of Strategy for the Wells Fargo LIBOR Transition Office, responsible for developing and executing on the $400 trillion global financial market change for the company. Readie joined Wells Fargo Securities in 2011 as an investment banker serving municipal and not-for-profit clients. She specialized in structuring on-balance sheet loans and securities, underwriting fixed and floating rate debt, and developed and implemented pricing and funding strategies in response to tax code changes. Readie began her career at JPMorgan and worked for a start-up broker-dealer and investment fund prior to joining Wells Fargo.

Readie graduated from Washington University in St. Louis, MO with a B.A. in French and International Area Studies. She was the recipient of the Young Alumni Award in 2017 for her service and support of the University and service to the Bay Area community. Readie is an avid triathlete and two-time iron(wo)man.
