Robert leads a team serving major global client relationships and manages partnerships and data management for CBRE’s Sustainability business. Previously, he led CBRE’s global Sustainability Products and Services, driving product strategies across GWS, and the Energy Transformation team, helping clients decarbonize through energy procurement, roadmaps, and implementation. He also co-founded the CBRE Renewables team, deploying distributed renewables for Fortune 500 companies.
Robert oversaw energy and sustainability services for the Northeast and life sciences divisions, supporting 46 Fortune 500 clients across 500M+ square feet of facilities. He managed FM operations for a confidential tech/retail client’s North American fulfillment network, delivering $92M in energy savings and $5.3M in annual OPEX reductions through analytics, CMMS, and technology initiatives.
Previously, Robert worked with CBRE’s PIES group, optimizing federal facility operations across 3.2 MSF and managing a $64M savings program for a $3.5B healthcare client, achieving cost efficiencies through energy procurement, sourcing, and facilities management.
