Rob Davies

Rob Davies is the Chief Executive Officer of Sublime Systems, a Boston‑based next‑generation cement technology company. He previously served as Sublime’s COO and advisor. Before joining Sublime, Rob served as COO of 6K Energy, where he established the company’s manufacturing strategy. Before entering the startup sector, Rob spent a decade at Cabot Corporation as Vice President of Global Manufacturing for its Carbon Black and Activated Carbon businesses. Earlier, he built a 20‑year career in the cement industry across the UK, South Africa, and the US. Rob holds a First-Class Honors Master’s degree in Mineral Processing Engineering from Imperial College of Science and Technology, London, and earned a master’s degree in Business Administration from Warwick University, UK.
