Rob is a coach and mentor with a global reach, scaling profitable social impact and clean tech enterprises in Africa, North and South America, Europe, and Asia. His work includes the Harvard Innovation Labs and the Harvard Climate Circle, where he serves as a scaling advisor and mentor.
Rob is the creator of the methodology and co-founder of the Scaling and Replication program at Miller Center for Social Entrepreneurship in Silicon Valley, providing scaling guidance via playbooks for over 55 enterprises. At EYEliance, he is an integral team member, creator of playbook methodologies, and a mentor for scaling proven optical services and profitable business models.
At PwC and PRTM, Rob led the global innovation consulting practice, where he developed the consulting services playbook and founded and directed PwC’s international financial services innovation program. Before this, Rob was a senior executive who managed global innovation programs and development at Stanford Research Institute (SRI International).
In its second publication, Rob co-authored Making Innovation Work with co-authors from Harvard and Stanford business schools. This best-selling business book has been translated into ten languages.
Rob was designated an Innovation Champion by the World Economic Forum and has spoken at the House of Commons, Stanford University, the University of California, USC, Fudan University, MIT Media Labs, and Carnegie Mellon University.
