Rohit is a co-founder of Treaty Oak and has over 20 years of experience in structured commodities transactions and energy trading. Rohit is a co-founder and shareholder of AP Solar Holdings, LLC, which has successfully developed over 1.6GW ac of solar PV generation in the ERCOT region. Rohit is also a co-founder of Houston-based Snapper Creek Energy Advisors, LLC, which helps clients originate, structure, and execute energy commodity risk management solutions.
Rohit’s previous experience includes energy trading and structured transactions at Macquarie Bank and Lehman Brothers and principal advisory at a Houston-based boutique commodities advisory firm.
Rohit holds a BS in Electrical Engineering (Hons.) and an MS in Quantitative and Computational Finance from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
