RoseAnne Franco

RoseAnne is a sustainability leader and strategist with 20+ years of experience in sustainability, risk management, and corporate strategy. She is a trusted advisor to corporate and board leadership in the energy, chemical and technology sectors on stakeholder engagement, energy transition and competitiveness. At Salesforce, she helps companies incorporate technology into their sustainability journey. Prior to joining Salesforce, she was a Partner in ERM’s global Corporate Sustainability & Climate Change practice where she advised companies on sustainability strategy, ESG data readiness, and the operationalization of Net Zero commitments, among other areas. She worked with corporates ranging from PE-backed portfolio companies to Fortune 100 enterprises. She began her career in the energy industry, helping companies navigate risk and heading global teams. At leading research consultancy, Wood Mackenzie and its sister company, Verisk Maplecroft, she launched a new risk product, valued energy assets and assessed value creation. She received her BAs from the University of Texas at Austin and her MS from Georgetown University. She currently resides in Austin with her family.
