Sabina Kaplan

Sabina Kaplan is the Senior Director of Sustainability and Investor Relations at IAC, the parent company of category-leading businesses People Inc. and Care.com, among others. She brings more than 15 years of experience across sustainability, investor relations, corporate finance, and equity research.

 

At IAC, Sabina leads the company’s sustainability strategy, reporting, and compliance, overseeing consolidated ESG disclosures and the execution of sustainability initiatives across the portfolio. She ensures alignment with emerging global regulatory frameworks, chairs IAC’s internal Sustainability Working Group, and manages engagement with ESG rating agencies, investors, and other key stakeholders. Sabina also oversees IAC’s carbon footprint measurement and reporting.

 

Before joining IAC, Sabina held several finance roles, including as a research analyst at Guggenheim Partners and Levitt Capital, where she covered the telecommunications, cable, and satellite sectors.
